HPLS clinic times & locations

The Homeless Persons’ Legal Service (HPLS) provide free legal advice and assistance through our network of clinics.

We can provide advice about civil legal matters such as fines, credit and debt, tenancy, AVOs, victim’s compensation, Centrelink problems and more.

Our Solicitor Advocate, Jeremy Rea, also provides representation to people with criminal matters.

Times and locations for Sydney and Newcastle clinics are below.

You can reach our office on (02) 8898 6545 or email us at [email protected]

From 29 June 2021, while we are managing risks connected with COVID-19, all of our HPLS clinics will be operating as phone advice clinics only. To confirm current clinic times and locations, please call us on (02) 8898 6545.
