Australia could be up before UN for failing to uphold disability rights

Australia’s poor treatment of people with disabilities could well end up in front of the United Nations, according to one of the country’s most well respected disability advocates. 

That comment comes after the Federal Court yesterday ruled that the bus company Murrays had discriminated against a woman in a wheelchair – failing to comply with compulsory national standards.
