As absurd as it sounds, an extraordinary number of NSW’s so-called wheelchair-accessible taxis are too small to be of any practical use to wheelchair users.
It brings to mind the Yes Minister episode about the hospital that was excellent in every respect . . . except that it couldn’t treat patients.
