A Sydney man has dropped his discrimination case against Transport New South Wales, claiming a victory in his fight for better wheelchair access to taxis.
Greg Killeen had taken the government department and two taxi companies to the Federal Court, saying his wheelchair would not fit inside 60 per cent of Sydney’s supposedly wheelchair-friendly taxis.
