PIAC is acting for three siblings of Mark Holcroft, a prisoner who died in a NSW prison van in August 2009. The driver of the van told an Inquest that he assumed the noise of prisoners calling for help was because they were ‘getting bored’, reports Steve Cannane for Lateline.
