A new clip on YouTube introduces the Homeless Persons’ Legal Service (HPLS) and its co-ordinator, Julie Hourigan Ruse.
HPLS runs 10 free legal advice clinics across Sydney for people who are experiencing homelessness. It is a joint initiative between the Public Interest Advocacy Centre and the Public Interest Law Clearing House.
