Joanne Green
Chief Operating Officer
Joanne joined PIAC as Chief Operating Officer in March 2024. Jo is an experienced senior executive in strategy, finance and operations for more than 20 years.
As COO, Jo provides strategic and operational oversight of our internal operations. This includes, management of finances, human resources, fundraising, compliance, information technology and asset management. The COO also supports the Justice and Equity Centre’s Board of Directors as Company Secretary.
Prior to joining us, Jo worked as Director of Corporate Services at AccessEAP, a not-for-profit organisation providing mental health and wellbeing services. Jo was also Head of Finance and Operations at the Ethics Centre.
Jo is a Chartered Management Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, as well, she holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of NSW and recently a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University.
