Anna Livsey

Policy and Communications Officer, Energy + Water Consumers’ Advocacy Program

Anna has been the Policy and Communications Officer for PIAC’s Energy and Water Consumers’ Advocacy Program (EWCAP) since April 2019. She advocates on behalf of NSW consumers in energy and water markets, and works to amplify the impact of the EWCAP’s policy work in the public sphere.
Previously Anna worked as an economist with SGS Economics and Planning and before that as a production assistant at Guardian Australia. In her previous roles Anna has written on a range of issues including reproductive healthcare, the gender wage gap and homelessness as well as producing video. She has also consulted closely with government on urban economics issues including housing and transport.
Anna has a dual degree in economics and commerce from the University of Queensland.
