Questionnaire form completed by an unnamed Squadron Leader as part of the IDFFT fact finding process. The Squadron Leader had contact with Prisoners of War or civilian detainees and visited a number of detention centres. The Squadron Leader was privy to official comment or authoritative discussion relating to the mistreatment of prisoners of war or detainees but did not report it for a number of reasons.
