Carol is a proud Kamiliroi woman. Fifteen years ago she was homeless, living on the streets. At that time she was prescribed medication for a virus, which led to her acquiring Gillain Barre Syndrome, and she has been in a wheelchair ever since.

The NSW Government have announced plans to re-develop the property and want to remove her from the place where she has finally found peace after a lifetime of challenge and trauma.
