PIAC has partnered with the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) to develop a unique energy and water workshop especially for the aged and disability sector. This half-day program, which can be delivered in the workplace, is designed to help community workers understand the energy and water industry and how they can assist clients experiencing difficulties.
The training covers a range of topics including how to choose an energy contract and make sense of fees and discounts, as well as where to find help for customers struggling to pay their energy and water bills.
