This report was based on consultation interviews with 26 people who exited prison in the previous two years into situations of housing crisis or homelessness.
This report looks at the relationship between mental illness, homelessness and criminal offending, and considers alternative strategies in responding to the needs of homeless people with mental illness who have contact with the criminal justice system.
