The PIAC 2014 training calendar has now been released. This year’s calendar offers two new workshops.
Presentation Skills is a practical course presented in two half-day sessions. The ability to present, in any situation, is a skill that separates the great from the good. The workshop covers planning a killer presentation, what to include and why, how to communicate effectively and inspire action.
The other new workshop, Advanced Negotiation Skills, explores thinking outside the regular avenues of negotiation and provides opportunity to engage in negotiation practice.
Advocacy Strategies and Advocacy Skills workshops (March 20 & 21) provide an unprecedented opportunity to plan an effective strategy about issues affecting your community.
