A state-wide service should be set up at NSW hospitals to improve the handling of patient complaints against health professionals, an inquiry has heard.
PIAC lawyer Peter Dodd told the inquiry a network of indpendent advocates should be established at hospitals to act for patients, including to help them make complaints.
