PIAC’s courses are designed primarily for community workers, consumer representatives, activists and campaigners who want to:
- Promote an issue, community or group
- Contribute to making public policy and reforming laws
- Improve service delivery to particular communities or sections of the community
- Understand how ‘the system’ works.
Training courses can be tailored to meet particular requirements and delivered in-house if required.
