Young people and the juvenile justice system also feature in this PIAC e-bulletin.
Advocates from children’s legal and support services and representatives from pro bono legal services met recently, agreeing to work together to change policies and practices that result in young people being repeatedly arrested for breaches of bail conditions that not longer exist.
The e-bulletin includes links to other PIAC publications and submissions, including StreetRights, published by the Homeless Persons’ Legal Service.
