Submission – Developing National Hardship Indicators Alternative formats available on request to PIAC - Contact PIAC
The National Energy Customer Framework is expected to require that the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) publish guidelines on National Hardship Indicators. In response to the AER’s initial consultations, PIAC supports the submission of the Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS). PIAC contributed to the recommendations made in the QCOSS submission through the Energy Retailer Performance Reporting Project, a Consumer Advocacy Panel funded research project hosted by QCOSS.
