Homeless Persons' Legal Service (HPLS)
The Homeless Persons' Legal Service is a joint initiative of PIAC and the Public Interest Law Clearing House.
HPLS provides free legal advice to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness at weekly Legal Advice Clinics:

Street Rights NSW
HPLS publishes a quarterly newsletter called Street Rights NSW. You can download copies from this website under Publications. To receive hard copies, please email the HPLS Co-ordinator at homelessproject@piac.asn.au.
Funding
The Homeless Persons' Legal Service received start-up funding from the Federal Department of Family and Community Services and the (then) NSW Attorney General, the Hon Bob Debus MP, through the NSW Public Purpose Fund. It is currently funded through the generous support of the NSW Attorney General, the Hon John Hatzistergos MP, through the NSW Public Purpose Fund.
